Ok, it's been long enough!

In The Leaves

It's been almost a year since I decided to do this project and I just realized I pretty much deserted it before really getting started.  So I had an idea today and decided to get back to it!!



Bird and Prey

Last week during a walk through a state forest we saw a hawk up in the trees stalking it's prey.  I tried to snap a bunch of pics as he swooped down.  This is the best of the bunch.  It's a bit blurry but dang he was FAST!  If you look closely you can see his catch in his claws.




He flew up into another tree and devoured it.

This photo is all kinds of lazy.  Lazy cat, lazy photographer...I didn't really think much about, just snapped a photo.  Lazy family...those balloons have just been sitting there in our way, losing air for about 3 weeks now.
